A Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network at the intersection of translational medicine and systems analytics. LifeGlimmer developed Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) and applied AI and machine learning for patient stratification across multi-centre cohorts.

A systems medicine project dedicated to Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Disease. LifeGlimmer provided expertise in IT-resource infrastructure, genome-scale metabolic modelling, and integration of multi-omics data into unified analytical frameworks.
